Abstract From the view of benefit exchange,the mutually condition mechanisms pattern of community cultural development is posed in this paper,and community cultural development of Shanghai is analyzed and evaluated as an example with applying this pattern,some advice for the future development of Shanghai community culture is put forward at last.
